I have been a client of Absa for a long time but I am a bit disappointed in the service that I received recently. I went to the bank to request a increase on my credit card which I have never done before but was denied. I spoke to a gentlemen in the credit card division who said that he will try again and get back to me in 24 - 48 hours but up until today he has not contacted me. I find it extremely disappointing that my request was not adhered to. It just shows that when your in need absa can not assist their clients. I am considering closing my absa account and moving to another bank.

Can someone contact me in order for this matter to be resolved as it is extremely urgent.
