What is this that when guys from the credit card division phone me there is an automated message playing before someone speaks to me. 'Please wait' is one of the messages and another I got was 'Please wait for an important message'. It is techniques that spammers use.

Also another thing, why am I getting calls from the credit card division asking me to make payment to my credit card every month?? If you check back to my complaints I have had with absa, you will see that absa could not even sort out a debit order. This is why I have to manually deposit money to my absa credit card. absa failed three times to move my debit order over to my FNB account.
