Misleading customers

I'm so unhappy the way nedbank handled me as a client, so I went for a personal loan they approved everything, and at the end of the week they say its been decline re: because I have a home loan that shows. Last year I also had a loan with them why wasn't it a problem then its not like I pay the home-loan.
