I made a tel application for an addition to my bond with Std Bank on 24 Apr 2013.To date no one has bothered to make contact with me. I have had to call in a number of times with unsatisfactory feedback each time. Finally on 8 May, I was informed that the loan was granted via sms. I called in only to find out that it was approved as a further advance &not a re-advance &that an escalation would be sent through to the amendment department to make the change&that it could take up to 5 working days. I called again the next week (either the Thursday, 16th or Friday 17th) only to be told that there was no feedback &it had to be re-escalated! I than called in again on 21 May for feedback &yet again I received the same feedback. To date I did not receive any feedback so I called in. After being cut off three times &having to re-explain myself to 3 different agents I spoke to a lady named Charity who made me hold for more than 10 minutes while she investigated. She finally got back to me to let me know that application was closed & she had to get in touch with the contact centre agent to have the application reloaded. The call than cut again and still im sitting in the dark
