Full claim not paid out

My claim was for items plus/minus R18 000, I was paid out plus/minus R9800, half the amount.
I asked that the quote be e-mailed to me so I can see what items & cost of the items they paid out for, that I haven't received. I received two payments, however it was 3 items & then bags, so where is the 3rd payment. Does my bags not get paid out for? Which item wasn't paid out for: HTC, Camera or the GPS???
