I HATE VIRGIN INSURANCE

Hi there on my way from Cape town back to port Elizabeth. I heard a notice as it sounded like I road over something and my vehicle had a break down. I got someone to tow me back home.

That same night me car was broken in to and items were from my vehicle.

My car was collected and striped by a accesor.then I was told the first claim will not be paid. My vehicle was returned to me stripped readiator.aircon (aircon gas drained), lights off. front bumper off. I had to pay someone to fit the items back to the car that you stripped. AND CLAIM WAS NOT PAID

I have moved house recently as per you system and do not have proof of purchase for the items from me car. And also as you can see on your email no terms and conditions attached. now you also do not want to pay me out for this claim.

My car was also taken to glass fit as per your request for assessment. And my sound is insured for R5000.00.
AND CLAIM WAS NOT PAID
