Geyser Claim not resolved after two weeks

I submitted a claim two weeks ago with regards to a defective geyser and consequently damages. However to date the claim has not be successfully resolved. Considering one procures insurance with the intention of having piece of mind in the event of an incident; this is defiantly not the case.

I have a wife and a three month old baby and do not have hot water. One must also take into consideration that we are experiencing extremely cold winter weather. The integrity of my home is being adversely effected as the consequently damages are still evident.

Kindly resolve to completion with immediate effect as this situation is highly frustrating. Claim number 431617
