Landline not working

I have reported the problem on 8 August. I recieved a sms with ref 406CTZ080813.On 10 August I recieved a sms claiming that the problem has been resolved. Well my line is still not working. I once again logged a call. Fault ref 111CTZ100813. from what I heard and seen, I once again will get a sms claiming the problem was resolved. So please
1) whom told you my problem was resolved, I want a name and phone number of the technician, this is I realy something that I am going to follow up even if I need to go to the higest level!!!
2) how can you claim the problem is resolved, should the customer not confirm before a fault is closed
please sort this out if you are intrested in my support as a client.
You have have the landline monopoly, so at least look at your service levels.
