I have been Attempting to get response as to the progress of payment and info and reasons for delays.
all documents were submitted via registered mail as requested and received by the Mibfa Agents.
Upon calling them on numerous occasions,
Proof of reciept of all documentation was sypplied and resupplied numerous times, always with the same response from the 1 pesrson Call center (always the same person)
and getting put on hold and then cut off, every time u call, and ask for a supervisor or someone to help you get put on hold and then cut off
Always when u do get through to an agent you get the same response "it will take 3 to 6 months to scan the documents in" even though the documents were received more than a year prior? or " we have a back log? "

Where is the reference number pertinent to the enquiry or complaint? or the QA or follow up indicating
efficient fund management?
These funds should have been paid out 2 years ago?
Seems that this fund management team is breaking all the LAW's regarding fund management?

The beneficiary of these funds should receive there funds while they still alive!! yet so many stories of contributors passing on before they get the benefits
