PSG - Asset management RA fund withdrawal

In December I was in SA and started the process of withdrawing funds from a preservation fund as I have emigrated. I requested what info was required and provided it all in a scanned email to the relevant department. I made an error and sent through a few pages that were incorrect and as such I resubmitted the documents again. After 6 months of sheer frustration at the inability of PSG to provide any feedback, I am resorting to reaching out this way.

I have been told many different things and delays have occurred repeatedly with poor administration from PSG's side (wrong fund details put in when submitting for tax directives).
Plainly ignoring the fact that the tax directive should be applied for by them as they are to release the funds and always being treated as though I am being done a big favour. My funds were moved to Equinox and PSG subsequently took them over, when you took over the fund you should have taken over the staff as well as they were much better at this.

PSG - I have provided full details about this debacle to you internally and nothing has happened and as such I reach out to here to get in touch, but not via online support as they have been very little help.
