What great service. Glad i changed my account

Went to Somerset West Mall branch to change from my previous bank to FNB. In my 5 min i was waiting for a consultant, two personnel (Names unknown) came to me and ask if they could help. Thx. My previous bank NEVER gave me that service.
Charlene the consultant really explained to me very well and made sure i have the right package to suit me and making it fun all the time.
This is the first time i left a bank with a smile. Well done.
