Great first time experience

I took out a loan for the first time with African bank, and my loan consultant was Fabian, he was so helpful, he explained everything he was doing every step of the way and explained why it had to be done, he went the extra mile, by when a mistake was made, he called me and came in early to work cause it was the only time i had available to come in and he also than explained again everything.

before going to African bank i went to one other bank i won't mention the service was terrible, but African bank was quick and so easy and i was very impressed with the service and by how much the consultant knew his job.
