I bought a Lawnmower around SEP/OCT-2013 only to find out the machine was faulty when I tried to use it. After that I sent back the machine to the Makro store where I purchased it and after 3 repairs my problem wasn't solved and I'm still stuck with this problem. As result I'm highly disappointed with Makro's customer services because they lack proper customer ethics namely 1. Incompetence 2. Stressing the customer 3 Wasting my time 4 Give thoughts of regrets if i want to purchase from them again. 5. Not being able to solve my problem within its warranty 6 . Negligent service to wards me as their primary customer. 7 . Failing to comply with the CPA .

This is highly unprofessional since Makro is a huge retailer and has years of experience dealing with customers but still fails to serve customers like me properly and with care.
