Misleading/misrepresention of product sold to me

I was offered a credit life policy, which covered permanent disability, retrenchment and death. When I was retrenched in April 2012, I enquired how I should apply for this credit life to take effect. I was referred to the Green acres branch to fill out the documentation needed to access the benefit of the fund and have it sent off the [Email Removed] which I did. I was told the TOT was hours. 2 weeks later I had no response and sent an email to enquire, only then I was told to email the documents to [Email Removed] and the gentleman who assisted me confirmed that I was covered and that the fund would pay out 3 instalments. I had no response again and 5 months later a consultant from vehicle and asset finance stops by my house to have my vehicle repossessed due to non-payment. I was so shocked, here I am awaiting their service heroes to drop off the car's paper, to my surprise they want to repo my vehicle. I was given a settlement amount on this vehicle which I paid in July 2012, now I am getting numerous phone calls for a lousy R6700.00 which was suppose to be covered by the credit life policy I took out. This is way beyond poor customer service!!!
