PSSP Fund Claim - No response

I started employment at Redman CC trading as S A Vehicle Security on the 1st June 2010 and terminated on the 30th April 2012, 22 months. A claim was submitted to the fund on the 18th April 2012. In March 2013 an amount of R630 was paid to me by the fund and I was advised telephonically thereafter that I had only contributed for 3 months.

I have phoned the fund administration on numerous occasions as well as queried in writing and to date have had no response or assistance from any of my queries.

About two months ago I recieved an email that the were busy with my case. I am realy fedup at this stage. I have had no support whatsoever from Absa. Its been a year and 7 months. Why do we pay all the contributions every month, if we cannot even claim when it is desperately needed???

I am appealing to you for assistance please.
