Threats to reclaim vehicle after husband's death

My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in April 2012 and died 7 months later in Dec 2012 . On 20 Feb 2013 I received a call from Mr Louis Nel, informing me that the payment of our vehicle was declined by the bank. He also mentioned that the bank would reclaim the vehicle if the money was not paid ASAP. At this stage all the necessary documents have already been sent to Sanlam, the executor of the estate. I referred him to Sanlam. We have never missed a single payment on the vehicle. My Sanlam representative arranged that a necessary letter will be send to the bank during the next week. On the same day I the received further e-mails from Mr Nel regarding the immediate payment of the vehicle. In follow-up discussions with the Sanlam representitve he continue with threats to reclaim the vehicle.

I feel that it is an extremely distasteful attitude in a very difficult time in my life and I have thus decided to take all my business to FNB.
