VEHICLE DOCUMENTS FOR VEHICLE PAID IN FULL IN 2011

We bought a vehicle, Hyundai, and it was financed by MFC. The final payment on this vehicle was made in April 2011. Since then I have had endless problems trying to just get the papers for the vehicle. Every enquiry and request comes back with a response to contact [Email Removed] the exact email address where I sent all my enquiries.
On 15 July 2013, I sent all relevant documents requesting the papers. I actually got a reply giving me options on how I wish to receive the documents upon which I immediately replied with very clear instructions. Shortly after I received an email that the instructions was sent to the relevant department. It is now 20 August 2013. When I requested an update on my request, I once again got the reply, please contact [Email Removed]
This is turning into an extremely frustrating matter, going around and around in circles, no correspondence, no updates, no feedback.
This vehicle is legally and rightfully mine since end April 2011 when the final payment was made and this is the worst service I have ever received in my life. I can't believe that a very simple legit request is turning into a nightmare and causing me extreme stress.
