Cancelation of contract

I was contacted by unicapital for a meeting to explain the products they sell. I was met by Marcel at my premises and here proceeded to explain the share trading software which would be a monthly payment for membership as well as a monthly amount for software and that R10000.00 would be kept as a reserve on my credit card. It was only after signing up that i realise that the full R10000.00 was deducted and before opening the software i drafted a letter to the email address on the forms i received [Email Removed] canceling my contract. I contacted the no on the forms a couple of times and spoke to Linette who would get the boss to respond to my email once they received it. I have follow up again today 11.09.2013 and told that Lianna will get back to me which did not happen. I also do not have an address where to return the sealed software package.
