Miss leading people taking people's money

In 2009 a guy named Brian from stock market college came to work and explain that to invest in stock market it's easy so their company is help or is doing the trading for the people. He said you can invest from 10000 and above also explain that how they keep on monitoring their people's money with just a 219 monthly to do your trading so from then I joined stock market college for 14500 and they have been debiting 219 from my account since then till to date and yesterday on the 02 April 13 they said to me the money was for a software and the monthly payment were for using the software. I am so angry and disappointed as 2010 when I call to cancel this investment take my money they said I can't have it I have to wait for 3 yrs. I took this money from my bank investment and for a software 14500 for a software?
