Disgusting service

On Monday 9 September i walked to Nedbank and had the door closed in my face and told it was 3h30, the bank is closed.

This is utterly disgusting, rude, lack of service. There are many times i have to wait while staff are having a personal conversation while customers have to wait patiently. This is just one more reason things dont work in this country.
