Bad Customer service from Nedbank Personal loans

I paid up my Nedbank personal loan account on the 23rd August 2013 and when I phone Nedbank personal loans on 0860 103 116 and spoke to Ratang on the 26th August 2013 to check if my account is closed. He said that I have to email proof of payment to their accounts department on [Email Removed] I did that and they received the proof of payment the same day. When I phoned on the 27th, still my account was not closed. I phoned again on the 28th, and spoke to Johanna who said that the accounts department will close my account by the 30th August 2013. When I call on the 30th August still my account is not closed. I spoke to Vuli who also let me hold on the line for more than 20 minutes to find out from the accounts department what's happening and before speaking to Vuli I spoke to two different people who also let me hold for more than 30 minutes until eventually both calls cut me phone.

Seriously what kind of Bad Customer service Nedbank is providing to its customers especially when you close your account? How long should you wait before one's account is closed once you pay it off?

I need my account closed, the paid up letter email to me and my ITC updated ASAP!
