It is disgusting that I have not had any feedback from any Legalwise counsellor in over a month with regard to my incident! What am I paying membership fees for if they just completely ignore me!!! It's ok for them to accept my monthly premiums but when it comes to rendering the required service, which I pay for, I get the cols shoulder. All they do is respond by asking for my contact number over and over again and then I don't hear from again... what is with the delay tactics?
