LegalWise
No delivery of policy doc and card

I recently joined the ranks of LegaWise's Platinum members and paying premiums but ever since i got an sms confirming my membership i never received my policy document and membership card. I have called LegalWise twice already and they repeatedly confirmed my membership, details including address and promised to get the package delivered but nothing until now. It is now more than 4 months and i still have not received the documents. Can anyone please assist with this?
