I received an sms on Sunday the 8th of September at 08h09 from Nedbank informing me of a debit order that went of my account. I realised that I might have to little money in my account so I made an immediate transfer from my ABSA account. This was at 08h17 the same morning. I immediately received an sms stating that the payment was made. On Tuesday the 10th I received an sms stating the debit order did not go threw. I went online into my account and saw they already deducted R90 for the debit order not going threw as well. Yes you read right this was over a weekend. Do you have no shame? Do you not provide your customers with any type of service, or do you just not care. I am appalled and disgusted. If your excuse is that this is an automated service, then why charge R90? You should take a long hard look at your self and decide if you want to be or bankers, or is it the same thing. If you are wondering why I am using this forum, I could not find 1 person at your CUSTOMER SERVICE call centre that could pronounce my surname and speak audible English.
