Promise of feedback and nothing happens

On 2013-05-23 I was visited by a representative of Uni Capital Group. I was impressed by the presentation and wanted to get the software and info that was promised. I waited for 4 weeks and nothing happend. I phoned the representative and he promised that he will fix everything. So I waited and after two weeks I decided that something had to be wrong and canceled my credit card. I did not hear from them again.
After a month a lady phoned me from Uni Capital Group and wanted to hear whats my impression of the system and do I have any problems. So I told her the entire story and she promised me that she will follow it up and get back to me. Nothing happened.
It's the 2013-09-10 and on this morning a lady phoned me again and asked me if I would be interested in this product and so I explained the entire situation to her again. I also told her that I am still very interested in this product. So she promised me that she will send all my information to her supervisor and she will get back to me today. She did get back to me to get all the details of my transaction on the 2013-05-23 and promised me that her supervisor will get back to me today.
No one phoned.
