About 5 months ago i change my banking details. My bank send them a letter to change it. The month after my details was supposed to change they deducted from both my accounts. My one account dint have money so the debit order was send back. I phoned them to rectify it and they promised me it wont happen again. the month after that it happend again. i phoned them again and the same story. So then i spoke to a manager and she promised me she will credit my account with the fees that i had to pay at the bank. 3 weeks later i phoned and asked a statement, there was no credit on the statement. I phoned and spoke to a lady to cancel my subscription and i wanted to speak to the manager again. She said the manager Will phone me back up until today no one phoned me. the end of Jan 2013 they deducted double again, so i went to the bank and stopped the debit orders!!! i will not pay it!!! they can sue me for the money. All my phone calls was recorded. So please don't come with, we are so sorry mam!!! People be warned, never subscribe to Disney book club!!!
