Poor service no feedback

I opened an account a couple of months ago with FNB and have experienced nothing but poor service. I opted to take advantage of the smart phone offer. When I attempted to port my number to the sim received I was unable to. Upon visiting Cell C they informed me that the sim was registered to another person. I called FNB immediately to let them know that I required a new sim card and they assured me a new card would be sent to me. It has been over a week and I have called numerous times to find out about the delivery of this card and have heard nothing, and have not received a new card. I keep leaving messages and they keep promising to get back to me but I have received no response. I have also tried to contact my Priemier banker for assistance and she just ignores me. I am disgusted with the service at FNB and am seriously considering closing this account if my issues is not resolved by the end of the week!
