No concern for the general public

Take a look at Waterford Carriers website, they look like a professional company you would like to do business with. Think Again. On 22 February, due to the reckless and negligent driving of one of their drivers, a non South African national, a multiple car pile up occurred on the R21 South just before the Tembisa offramp. I was one of the drivers who were involved in the accident. I do not have insurance and have substantial damage to my car. I contacted Waterford Carriers on 26 February, I do not want to rip them off and only listed the exact parts that were damaged. On 4 March I finally received a response from JK, the operations managers of Waterford. Even then the response was only an email with their insurance brokers name and contact number. No apologies or concern, just passing the buck onto us to now contact their broker so that I can have my time wasted because of a loop hole. Police reports confirm that this driver was negligent and reckless. Even though this driver is a direct representative of the Company, Waterford will take no responsibility. Definitely not a company worth supporting, next time they may just kill someone on our roads
