Dissatisfaction with the overall service

I have been involved in a accident at Pretoria Onderstepoort at around 18:00 (vehicle collusion) where the other driver was at fault, seeing that we were in between two police stations we then decided to go to the one closest to home in SAPS Soshanguve Transfer hoping to get assistance with an Accident Report, we were attended by constable Maphenga 'not in uniform nor name badge' after explaining our situation with the other driver who was willing to redeem the damage all we needed was in accident report and an signed agreement, we were advised that the whole station ran out of Blank AR's we have to go to Rietgat (other police station) in Soshanguve without any effort of requesting the other centre to at least forward or fax to copy, i kept on requesting to see the captain in charge she left the station after being summoned by then the constable who was assisting. we were only given a Blank page to draft our agreement at which she clearly indicated that they (Police) will not intervene or legalize the Agreement, we then later requested that she at least make a copy of the drafted agreement for us but then she mentioned that the photocopy is out of order... please intervene
