Discovery Insure
Waiting for refund on my debit order after cancel

This poor service and sense of urgency is one of the reasons why I cancelled my insurance with them. After cancelling in Aug and promised not to take debit order for Sept, the debit order still went through and struggle to get it refunded to me.
