Discovery Insure
Debit date not in my control

So i have joined discovery insure thinking to myself having all my benefits under one roof makes complete sense... what a joke my debit order was confirmed by the call center agent with me to go off on the 26th of each month after that process the debit order went off on the 1st of the month now if i am not understanding this correctly the customer should have control over there account and not the other way around don't give me options if i don't really have options i mean is it really that difficult from any ones side... then the same happened with my discovery vitality with planet fitness where one is given options to choose which date the debit order should go off but in actual fact they do debits on the 1st i don't think this false information given from you is really appreciated my discovery medical aid is costing me a arm and a leg already now i must sit with this please lets sort this out
