Upon signing up with discovery insure, i was assured that my debit order would be going off on the 7th of every month after the first intial debit order went off. come the 1st of July the debit order went off (which was NOT AGREED TO) and returned due to insuffieicnt funds - I was then charged R120 bank charges!!! I have been phoning discovery insure as well as the incompetent Marius de Waal - Discovery Financial Adviser for OVER A WEEK and NOONE has bothered to return my calls or get to the bottom of this. Bottom line is: I was promised that i would have a debit order that would go off on the 7th of every month. This is not hte case and if i had to get it changed, i would have to make A DOUBLE PAYMENT!!! how can you promise one thing then turn around and change the rules to suit you - M&F would never do this and i should never have changed over to a dishonest discovery insure!!! I want my R120 bank charges refunded and debit order on the 7th of the month.
