Account reconcilliation

I have asked absa to reconcile my account from june 2013 to date but they are refusing to do so. what are they hiding. I asked the consultant that called me today to RECONCILE my account he said he cannot help me. what kind of a bank is this, they don't know what is an account recon. I am so frustrated.
