Motorite Administrators
They respond then don't keep their promises

I lodged an earlier complaint last weekend regarding Motorite Insurance and they responded quickly on Monday the 21st to let us know that we would have a response within 52 hours. we were initially impressed that they had responded. This commitment they made was not kept and to date we have not heard from them. The three weeks of silence has now extended to 4 weeks and I am still without my car.
