Bad insurance

In June hd a car accident nd ws insured by Quicksure. My car was written off nd I claimed I waited 4 2months 4 dem 2 pay nd I hd 2 run around for police reports of which dey are the ones that r suppose 2 collect such documents. Dey finally paid in August, my worst nightmare occured coz they only paid 50% of what I owe. Yes I dd read the contracts and I thought that I understand. Clearly I did not understand that they only cover 50% of what I owe based on their excess I would never have taken it. Secondly their excess r ridiculours high and unreasonable, should everything been explained to me thoroughly as a first time car owner I would hve never considered ur insurance. Its the worst insurance ever. As mentioned earlier this is my first car, and is also the first time time insurance I never worked for insurance company or the bank. The explaination given was definately not good enough for a person who has no experience.
