Too much excess

Well, I was so excited when I got my Nissan Tiida in the last year. Got insurance, all seemed well until I was in a car accident, my car was written off. The insurance paid only R71, 430 out of a 137, 351.85 debt which was remaining. I felt and still feel like the excess of R 47, 620.00 was way too much.

I just hoped for a better service from them especially now that my car is written off. But it was not and I am quite hurt in a way that after paying every months, i am left with such a huge excess.
