Three times normal deduction for no reason

This query relates to query number 2988985087 whereby an amount of R3100 was deducted from our account with no explanation or reason. Phoning Discovery proved fruitless and we were assured the matter would be resolved (at least responded to) within 48 hours, that was on the 3rd of September. Still no resolve, communication or otherwise suitable explanation as to why an amount more than 3 times the normal would need to be deducted.
