Unauthorized amount deducted from my account

Discovery deducted X amount off my account and not the agreed amount for the first month starting from the 25th and then X amount thereafter. I Called the call centre and spoke to a lady called Stefani, she insisted that this was my normal premium and that the -R1000 extra was because of a pro rata for starting on the 25th as I requested. To add insult to injury discovery send me a e-mail to tell me they cannot reduce my premiums!!! I am extremely frustrated for getting nowhere with the call centre of discovery and the sales advisor Kyle Nagoor is not returning my e-mail. I have all the agreements on e-mail but who do I send it to???
