FNB... debit order taken for a loan I do not have!

For the past 2 months, FNB has attempted to debit my bank account for an amount of R118.00 for a FNB personal loan that I DO NOT HAVE!

I contacted your call centre at the begining of August and was told that FNB had experienced a technical problem and that the matter would be resolved. In thinking that the transaction was, my bank returned the money to me. At the end of August, FNB debited my account AGAIN for the same R118.00 which I now have been told is for an insurance premium that has reactivated against an old account which, due to the technical error, has been reopened.

I have contacted your Loans department, your call centre, your collections department and now have been told that the admin department is responsible for sorting out the problem. Bottom line, none of your departments are actually able to provide me with any clarification or resolution. I have been promised that my money would be returned within 72 hours... it has been 10 days and counting since that promise and a further 2 months of "it will be sorted out right away Sir'.

When will the problem actually, if ever, be sorted out? This amonts to!
