MADE A BOOKING & NOW GET TOLD ITS NOT HAPPENING

To whom it may concern, I made a booking for a Birthday party at spur on Tuesday, The lady took down everything and confirmed that she will get someone to phone me back. I gave her all of the details for the party and assumed it was made seeing that no one contact me back as i was promised they will, i sent out all of the invites already and now today they decide to phone me back and tell me that they cant help me on that day and that I need to move my date! This is unacceptable as i made the booking on Tuesday, its not my fault the lady that deals with these things were not in on that day and she only decided to phone me back today. I need a booking for outside at Spur on Saturday the 8th from 12h00 to 14h00!
