BAD SERVICE-WANTING FEEDBACK ON A CLAIM

I had an accident on the 10/07/2013 I submitted a claim on the 11/07/2013 I have been calling for feedback but no one bothers to tell me what exactly is going on, was told by the assessors that my car is a write off I called the insurance several times wanting to know the next step they kept on telling me to wait after a hussle was told to send a settlement letter from the bank I sent it on the 01/08/2013 I have been waiting since then, when I call the call centre they always say they will get back to me they are still preparing the agreement of loss, on the 11/09/2013 it will be 2 full months since I submitted the claim I wrote a complaint to them no one bothered to respond, I called and asked to speak to someone senior after a long wait they told me that a Chamu will give me a call that was on 05/09/2013 he never did this is the same person I sent the complaint to I spoke to Edmonds I asked him where can I send a complaint to he gave me this email address [Email Removed] so this is the same person who was going to give me a call and decided not to, im very unhappy and frustrated because I have to return the courtesy car on 09/09/2013 I cannot use public transport I work shifts.
