My daughter had an accident on the 27/10/2013, i called Outsurance, Nontembeko answered the phone and after hearing my story arranged for a tow truck immediately because the ambulance was already there, she was very efficient. My daughter was rushed to hospital and the car was towed to an Outsurance Assessment centre. The following morning Martha Mokgokolo called, she explained the claim process and proceeded to collect all the details relating to the accident from me through the phone courteously, Martha kept us in the loop at all times with the progress of the claim, then i received a call from Ruan Van Kloeg an assessor from Outsurance SIAS who set up an appointment to come to our home. Once at our home Ruan explained the reasons for the assessment, the process it would follow, why some questions would be asked and the need for a recording of the assessment. When he started with the questions we understood why he asked some of the questions because he explained the whole process beforehand, the whole process was done professionally. Nontembeko, Martha and Ruan gave us an awesome service and we would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The claim was settled. Thanks
