Late Mom's Providrent Fund

My mom passed away in December 2012, sometime in Feb/March a guy from NBC (Philemon Hlatshwato) called me asking me for additional documents regarding mom's provident fund which I sent and I am still waiting. a few weeks after that I followed up with him regardind the claim and he said they were waiting for forms from the employer and afer that it was "The employer had not paid"... I am not kept on the loop as to what is happening.
