3 WEEKS LATER, CLAIM NOT FINALISED

I have had with African Independent! I was in an accident 3 weeks ago and claim has still not been finalised. First they appointed an assessor who sat with it for 2 weeks and did nothing. They then appointed another assessor who says that my car is a write off. Wanda (the rudest, least understanding person that i have ever come across) tells me that they have to investigate and i will wait a further 2 weeks to find out what's happening. All this while i have to incur car hire expenses out of my own pocket because i do not have car hire option on the insurance. Now who will compensate me of all the money i have used because the first assessor sat with the thing for 2 weeks? When will i know what is happening with my car?
