Claim still not resolved after foouur weeks

Submitted claim on the 7th March which was updated again on the 11th after noticing more missing articles after a break in. The claim was not actioned as per the assessor until the 13th. Assessor came to our home on the 15th and once she had done whatever she had to, said that everything will be sorted on Monday 18th. Since then I have received emails and SMS from the assessor advising that she will contact me the next day, but till today, 02 April I have not been contacted. When I call Outsurance I am told to speak to the assessor - I am insured with Outsurance and they should be responding to me as the client. They appointed the assessor and should sort out the internal politics internally. After being a client for ten years I am absolutely disgusted with the service I am receiving.
