I need assistance

I have had unauthorized debits going off my FNB account.
I have called them numerous times, I have gone into the bank as well. Yet it is still not resolved.
After calling and visiting the bank my account is STILL being debited.
I have been charged a huge amount of bank charges.

This is going on for a week and a half. I need someone to assist me NOW,

I did not expect this incompetence from FNB.
