Holding on for 31.45 thus far!!!

I have a complaint with this bank my life cover went from R13.43 TO R111.11 TO R117.80 in three months now how does that work, so I called and was told to speak to finance dept that was 33.37 min ago as i am typing this I am still holding how is it possible that such a "big" bank has so many queries??? and how many call centre agent do they have??? MY LIFE IS PASSING IN FRONT OF ME WHILE I AM WAITING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT LIFE PROTECTION HOW IRONIC??? 35.25MIN AND COUNTING...
