I lost my card but I did not realise it until I received an s.m.s on 29/08/2013 informing me that there was an amount of R1 100 withdrawn from my account, I went to the branch on 30/08/2013 to report this matter. I was advised by capitec's employees that there was nothing they can do about this because I was careless with my card. I then asked them to block my card and she informed me that their system was down I have to come back some other time but I can't get my money back
