Terrible service after another... Just never ends

I applied for home loans. It was approved. They say i need a life cover to cover the loan amount. I have a life cover with Sanlam. They requested confirmation from Sanlam but quoted the incorrect policy number. OBVIOUSLY it was rejected. I go to the bank to ask them to resend it with the correct policy number. They said it will be done. Nothing is done. I phone into FNB to find whats going on and asked them to resend a request for confirmation that i have a life cover with Sanlam. EVERY department i speak to says they don't deal with that and transfers me to another department which says the same thing. "I swear they are like robots." I then ask them to tell me exactly who am suppose to speak to. Guess what, FNB don't even know. If FNB doesn't know then how am i suppose to know. What the #$%^ are you guys doing there all day and how the can people be employed there and not know what they doing. Anyways this matter with this life cover is ongoing for over a month now and nothing is being done. I am tired of phoning and being promised that i will be called back. I am getting sick of FNB because this is not the only matter that is currently waiting to be resolved. No1 Bank...???
