Listed with credit berue for a cell i never had

In the past 4 years i applied for a contract phone with 8ta, in 2 weeks i got a call confirming da approval of my phone.but i had to see da money being deducted from my account although i received no cellphone i tried contacting 8ta and i was told it was a mistake and will be taken care of.today im listed with credit berue for what 8ta please stop causing such things to south africans, we always had good networks such as vodacom, mtn whe are you coming from to rob us.fix yoyur mess
